How much is table service at Electric Zoo?

The tables at Electric Zoo range from $3500 to $150,000 depending on the location and number of people in your party. Which is the best table at Electric Zoo?

The big 10 Anniversary Table Package ($150,000+fees). Includes roped off front row section, 25 VIP Table Wristbands. Assorted Alcohols. (w/ Escort and Chauffeur to your table section).

Do I have to buy tickets in addition to a table?

No, a table includes dedicated entry and expedited admission for anywhere from 6 to 50 guests, depending on which table package you select. Details available here. 

What else comes with a table?

The packages include a number of VIP wristbands which give you access to the VIP area, as well as expedited entry into the festival. Most packages include both magnum and regular sized bottles of alcohol, bottles of champagne, private entry, and air-conditioned facilities.

Can I choose a specific table location?

You can choose your seating area when selecting your specific package. Exact table placement within your section is usually not assigned until the day-of. If you want a specific seat, let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is my table good for both days?

No, you will have to purchase a separate bottle service package for each day. If you don’t want to spend the money on both days, we recommend choosing the day where your favorite artist(s) are playing at the main stage.

Are there any other fees I show know about?

Table minimums don’t include tax or tip on top. We will provide full transparency of cost breakdown for you to review before you make the purchase.

Am I allowed to bring people from the crowd to my table?

The tables at Electric Zoo are reserved for bottle service patrons and their initial groups, only. You will not be able to invite people from GA to your table, unless you pay the extra fee for additional wristbands.

Can I still go to other parts of the festival grounds?

Bottle service clients generally stay in the VIP area but you are welcome to roam around freely at the festival grounds. When you return, just flash them your VIP wristband.

How do I pay for the table?

Once you submit a table request on our Discotech mobile app or webapp, a member of our reservations team will reach out and provide all instructions and details to ensure you are guided every step of the way. Tables are prepaid in full, in advance.

Can I cancel my table if I’m no longer going?

Electric Zoo tables are fully prepaid in advance and are usually non-refundable. If, for some catastrophic reason, you can no longer make the event, we can reach out to our partners at EZOO and see what we can do for you.

Can I split a table with another group?

Unfortunately we do not facilitate table sharing with individuals or groups that you do not know. There is usually not enough demand for this, and it is difficult to coordinate. However, if you are in a scenario where you want a table but can’t shell out the money to pay for one in full, contact us when booking and we will see if any other groups are feeling the same way.

What is the dress code if I am getting a table?

The dress code at Electric Zoo is very lax – you can basically wear anything you want. If you’re getting bottle service, the attire is even more lax. We recommend checking out our dress code FAQ page to get an idea of what to wear. For men, we recommend a shirt/shorts combo or shirt/jeans combo, and for women, we recommend a blouse or fancy top with jeans. It gets cold in New York in September so bring a jacket to wear as well.
