SAX is a restaurant, lounge, and late night locale featuring art and live entertainment designed to amuse and please guests with opulent grandeur. A 20-foot-long enclosed infinity stage, visible from every corner, showcases cabaret performers each evening, from illusionists and mimes to dance to aerialist shows.

The two-story cabaret reflects a modern French design, plush with gilded columns, hand-button tufted damask banquettes, and inlaid medallion tabletops. Authentic reclaimed church doors mark the entryway from the crystal-adorned vestibule into SAX, and red-corded curtains lead to the opera house, which is adorned with wall sconces and chandeliers surrounding the perimeter balconies.
