Location
Globe Theater is located at 744 S Broadway, Downtown
Nights Open
10 PM – 2 AM Friday & Saturday
Built in 1913, The Globe is a Theatre filled with history. Today, it has regained its impressive luster of past times with its historic entrance on Broadway, one of the most prestigious avenues in Los Angeles. Artists, actors, and acrobats perform in this magical space. Its ideal size allows exceptional shows while the latest audio technologies, lighting, and special effects enhance the Baroque architecture.
It’s a historic theatre from 1912 that has been painstakingly restored to it’s former glory, and it officially reopened as an upscale dance music club. The venue is gorgeous, and we need people to find out about it and experience it for themselves. With high quality festival lighting, lasers, circus performers, free desserts, EDC style dancers/acrobats, great DJs and a massive sound system, this venue is already stunning — and it will only get better as it is continuously improved (LED walls and more). Charlie Chaplin once had a permanent booth here, and more recently, J-LO’s video “On The Floor” was filmed here, and it’s a cultural icon in the heart of DTLA.
Fridays at Globe Theatre will feature commercial/EDM/deep house crossover music, Saturdays will have more of a deep house vibe.
