Las Vegas Guestlists
Clubbing in Las Vegas can be an expensive activity. If you show up at the club and get in the general admission line, not only will you have to typically wait at least an hour (on Fridays and Saturdays) but you’ll also have to pay a very steep price. General admission starts at $30 for the lower tier clubs, and can go as high as $70-80 at certain clubs for certain DJs. On holiday weekends (Halloween, Memorial Day, EDC Week, etc) prices can go even higher at the door – 100+. In order to help keep costs in check, you’ll definitely want to plan ahead. One way to save you money is to sign up for free or discounted LV club guestlists.
- Las Vegas guest lists are usually free or discounted with even ratio
- Almost always free for all girl parties (with a few exceptions on holidays / special DJs)
- Sometimes comes with extra perks (open champagne bar, open vodka bar, etc) – usually for girls only
- For certain clubs on certain nights there are even ratio guestlists – this means you can get in free / discounted if you have even ratio in your party
The most important thing to remember when trying to get in on the guest list – arrive early! The earlier you arrive, the shorter the lines will be and the faster you’ll get in. Especially on nights with super popular DJs like Avicii, David Guetta, Kaskade, etc – if you’re trying to get in on the guest list we would recommend arriving at 10:30 or earlier to make it a stress free experience!
Some things you should be aware when signing up for Vegas guest lists:
- Guestlist can close earlier than expected if the club gets busy
- Guestlist lines usually have lower priority and move slower
- There is usually no guestlist (or very limited girls only lists) for holidays
You should consider using the guestlist if:
- You are a group of all girls
- If the DJ spinning is not a top tier DJ – generally it’ll be less crowded and guestlist will stay open longer
- Your group is very good at mobilizing on time
- You’re not sure if you want to go to a club or event but you want to keep your options open
Las Vegas Guestlist FAQ
How do I get on a free or discounted LV guestlist?
In the past you’d have to find a promoter for each club. We’ve built a mobile app to make the whole process easy and streamlined. You can download our free mobile app here. Using the app you can easily see who’s spinning, browse by club, view upcoming events, and sign up for the guestlist with a few taps on your phone.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Our nightclub guestlists usually close around 12 midnight, and the dayclub guestlists close around 12 or 1. However, for the smoothest experience we would recommend arriving by 11 PM on most nights, and even as early as 10:30 PM on nights with really popular DJs (Tiesto, Kaskade, Avicii, David Guetta, etc).
For dayclubs, our guestlist closing time varies from 1 PM to 3 PM. Again the same rule applies – the earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait will be. On some occasions, if the club fills up faster than anticipated clubs have been known to cut the guestlist early, which means you’d have to pay standard cover to get in.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes you have to be 21 for all Vegas clubs. No way around it. If you’re bringing a fake, better make sure it’s good. Vegas bouncer are pros at detecting fake IDs.
Do we have to be attractive?
It’s actually a myth that you must be attractive to get into a Vegas club. There are people of all different types in Vegas. However, you do have to be dressed well. Each club maintains a dress code and bouncers at the door will not hestiate to turn you down if you’re dressed like a scrub. Check out our guide to Las Vegas Nightlife Dress Code for more information on what to wear.
Do I have to have more girls than guys?
For most clubs, you’ll need to have at least a 1 to 1 even ratio to get in for free. Some clubs offer discounted guest lists for groups of guys.
Will guest lists work on holidays?
Depends on the holiday. For most holidays, the most popular clubs (Omnia, Hakkasan, XS, EBC, Wet Republic) will not have guestlists. There may be limited guest lists depending on the holiday. You can find out information for specific dates on our mobile app.
