Surfcomber Pool does have a free guest list that is open to anyone, and being on the guest list includes complimentary champagne. It is important to note that being on the guest list does not grant pool access, and you will need to either reserve a daybed/cabana or be a hotel guest. Unfortunately no, pool access at Surfcomber is reserved for VIP guest (which you can become by reserving a daybed or cabana here) and hotel guests only.
