Can I get in and out of the venue with my ticket?
You cannot re-enter with the same ticket if you decide to leave the venue.
Are one day Hard Summer passes available?
Hard Summer only offers 3 day ticket passes. You may be able to find people who will sell you their tickets for the day, but you should make sure that it hasn’t been scanned yet. Please be careful because there are plenty of scammers who don’t mind ripping you off.
How many tickets can I buy to Hard Summer?
There is a limit of 4 tickets per person.
I ordered my tickets to be shipped to me. When will I receive them?
The tickets will be sent close to the time of the festival.
I live outside of the US, will you still ship me my tickets?
Tickets are shipped to the US and Canada.
Can I buy VIP tickets if I’m under 21?
Yes! Hard Summer Festival is an event open to everyone 18 years or older. You will not be allowed in certain drinking areas if you are not 21 however.
